Penne For Your Thoughts recently catered my wedding in the Smokies, and boy am I glad they did. They did an incredible job, going above and beyond to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. Everything was fresh and came out quickly, and throughout the reception, guests kept remarking on how delicious the food was. Plus having a food truck cater the reception helped create the fun, relaxed atmosphere we were going for. HIGHLY recommend them for any catering needs you might have.

Ok, let’s start off with one of the most important things you need to know. They make their own ranch, y’all! No Hidden Valley packet required. What?! I didn’t know you could do that. Bebes, hop on that Redneck Gravy Train with an order of their fries and do the ranch dance all the way to flavor town.

Did I just become Guy Fieri? Anywho… You should also get the fried ravioli. They call the delightful dish, “Into the Great Fried Open” (if you don’t get that pun, you’re BREAKING my HEART and I don’t care if you think its PETTY…) and the perfectly fried squares of cheesy goodness have some weird sauce/dressing honey-garlic-yogurt-stuff drizzled on top and you guys… *insert Italian chef’s kiss here* MAMMA MIA.

So yea. Just like… idk, order everything. Or not. I’m not here to tell you what to do. YOU.DO.YOU.
